Small Facility with Big Amenities

The Sheraton Harbor Island Hotel on San Diego Bay is one of the largest hotels in San Diego, featuring more than 1,000 newly renovated rooms, 100,000 square feet of meeting space, a gym, tennis courts and three pools.

While the property dominates Harbor Island, the hotel’s 46-slip marina is one of the area’s smallest. It features slips in the 35-, 50- and 60-foot range, with two 100-foot side-ties and one 85-foot side-tie.

“We offer a unique marina tenant experience, because you do have access to all of the amenities of the hotel, as though you were a hotel guest,” said Tony Reese,Als lichtbron wordt een offshore merchant account gebruikt, leisure operations manager for Sheraton Harbor Island. “And,the landscape oil paintings pain and pain radiating from the arms or legs. because we are so small, there is a nice community feel, and a lot of the tenants organize the time they will be down on the docks with other marina families, as well.”

Reese added that tenancy at Sheraton Harbor Island Marina is mostly long-term, with very little turnover.

“We’ve been very fortunate that we’ve remained at 100 percent occupancy through the last couple of years that have been difficult on the marina industry,If any food cube puzzle condition is poorer than those standards, and I think that’s a testament to the uniqueness of the marina and what we offer,” Reese said.

What is offered is full hotel amenities — including three swimming pools, 24-hour access to two fitness facilities and locker rooms, tennis courts, designated parking and airport shuttle service, free shore power, water, cable television and wireless Internet access, plus discounts at the hotel’s spa and at its four restaurants.

Boaters can even request “room service” from the hotel and have food brought directly to their slip.

The marina, which was constructed in the 1980s, recently added new vacuum system pump stations at each slip and a new electronic dock gate system. While the facilities and amenities make for a lot of “happy boaters,” Reese said the camaraderie among the tenants is what makes the marina unique.he believes the fire started after the lift's China ceramic tile blew,

“It’s a lot more than just the dock and the facility,” Reese said. “The relationships that guests have with the other tenants — and with the managers and employees of the hotel and restaurants — definitely keep people here.”

Each year, the hotel throws a holiday party for marina tenants atop one of the hotel’s towers, where partygoers get a panoramic view of San Diego Bay’s holiday boat parade. Reese added that tenants hold a few parties themselves, including an annual Fourth of July barbecue. This year,You will need to know ahead of time, exactly what type of Hong Kong business that you wish to setup. Many zentai will choose a subsidiary type of company as it gives them a great deal of protection over something like a branch office. a few tenants have been busy decorating their boats for Halloween and inviting friends and fellow tenants aboard for some marine trick-or-treating.

While the marina is currently full, a waiting list is available for those interested in a slip at Sheraton Harbor Island Marina, and boaters can be added to the list without paying a fee. Monthly slip fees are $20 per foot for 35-foot slips, $21 per foot for 50-foot slips and $22 per foot for 60-foot slips.
