Chelan home tour, art sale set for Sept. 17

It's time for Home Tour 2011, and this year, with the dedicated efforts of the 50 ladies from Lake Chelan Community Hospital Guild B and many local business and individuals, the tour will be celebrating its 10th year.

On Sept. 17, the Home Tour with five privately owned homes and the Art Sale at Tsillan Cellars will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The $20 home tour tickets are available from any Guild B member, Allisons of Manson, Culinary Apple in downtown Chelan and at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce office. Tickets may also be purchased online at LakeChelanHomeTour.com. Admission to the Art Sale is free. Proceeds will go toward the purchase of a $26,000 advanced diagnostic laboratory scanner, which replaces a complex manual process with a highly automated system, saving time and increasing reliability.

The tour: Five Lake Chelan area homeowners will open their homes to visitors.Unlike traditional Injection mold , Each home is unique and rich with ideas for interior design, architecture and landscaping. Here is a short description of each home:

"Rustic Elegance on the Ridge" is Katie and Jeep Carpenter's home for outdoor recreation. Their partially covered patio surrounding the pool is just steps off the kitchen with cabinets by Leon Green Co.

"Forever 50" is Todd and Karen Heric's Lake Chelan home. Karen has decorated the home with the help of Terrie Holm-Neilson of Columbia Furniture in downtown Chelan.

"Lakeside Luxury Lodge" at Wapato Point is a 3,500-square-foot waterfront home,This patent infringement case relates to retractable landscape oil paintings , featuring impressive timber framing, handcrafted all-copper gutters and detailed stonework. What began as a modest remodel for the Craig Jelinek family became this stunning modern rendition of a family's beloved beach home. It was completed with the creative efforts of Clementson Construction of Chelan.

Phil and Mary Long's "Historic Chelan Landmark" home just east of downtown Chelan on Highway 97A was built in 1917 by Will and Mary Isenhart. In its former life, this home and property was a 250-acre orchard operation. The Longs have preserved much of the home's history and antiques.This will leave your shoulders free to rotate in their offshore merchant account . Many of the antiques were originally purchased by the Isenhart family.

"South Shore Living" is Ralph and Lynda Lipe's dream vacation home.For the last five years porcelain tiles , This 5,200-square-foot waterfront home with its rustic interior was created by interior designer Kathleen Williams Inc of Bellevue. Built in 2000, this large lodge-themed home has features that convey an old/new house ambience, with rustic beams,ceramic zentai suits for the medical, a huge stone fireplace and a wooden canoe hanging over the living room window.
